Returns and exchanges

Received your order but still not completely satisfied? Don't worry – at MiniMission, you can return (part of) your order.


Reflection period & return period

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. After registering, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Note: If you used free shipping (from €100 within the Netherlands) and the final purchase price falls below that amount after your return, you will lose your right to free shipping, and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return my order?

  1. Register your return by email
    Send an email to info@minimission.nl with the following information:
    • Your name and address
    • Your order number (can be found in your confirmation email and on the packing slip)
    • Which item(s) you are returning
    • The reason for return (not mandatory, but helps us improve!)
  2. Waiting for confirmation
    You'll receive a confirmation and return instructions from us. Unfortunately, we can't process your return without your email notification.
  3. Return your package
    Please return the items within 14 days of registration, in their original condition and packaging (including packing slip), to:

Terms and Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging.
  • If an item is returned damaged or has clearly been used more than necessary to assess it, we may charge a depreciation fee.
  • Return costs are at your own expense (on average approx. €6.95).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund returns without Track & Trace that get lost. So please keep your shipping receipt!

Swap

Would you prefer a different item? We can exchange it for you by placing a new order:

  • Return the unwanted item (follow the steps above).
  • Once this has been received, we will refund the amount.
  • Place a new order yourself via our webshop.
