Why good for development
Fidget spinners stimulate the senses and encourage children to explore endlessly. Babies develop their fine motor skills by tapping or grasping the spinner and playfully discover cause and effect: "If I push, it spins." Because they're so soft, they're also safe for babies to suck and bite on, which provides relief from teething.
